Contract-Safe ATM Switching & Zero-Cost Placement — ĀRU Intelligence Inc. ATM Division (2025 National Compliance Program)
Switch Your ATM the Right Way – No Cost, No Contract Drama
Thinking about switching ATM providers? We offer a zero-cost ATM program with $1 per transaction to your business – and we back it with a strict policy of honoring every existing contract and avoiding tort issues. We only move forward when the switch is clean.
Step 1: Let us review your location and your current ATM situation.
Call or text (971) 443-1913 for a contract-safe ATM review.
We do not pressure you to break contracts. We only install once you are free and clear, and we document that in writing at the time of installation.
Most ATM Switches Go Wrong Because of One Thing: Contracts
Many business owners want to upgrade to a better ATM deal but are nervous about their current contract. That fear is valid. You should never swap out an ATM without understanding your legal obligations first.

How We Protect You (and Ourselves) When You Switch ATM Providers
We take contracts and tort law seriously. We don’t play games, and we don’t want you in the middle of a legal mess. That’s why our switch process includes multiple layers of protection:
1. We Always Ask About Your Existing ATM Contract
- We start every conversation by asking if you currently have an ATM contract.
- If you do, we encourage you to find it, read it, and understand the term and termination rules.
- We will never tell you to “just pull the other machine” or ignore a valid contract.
2. We Strongly Recommend You Get Written Proof of Release
- We recommend contacting your current provider directly to request a formal end date or release letter.
- If needed, we suggest that you speak with your own attorney or advisor about your rights and obligations.
- We do not give legal advice. We simply ask that you make sure you are legally free to switch.
3. We Use a Separate “No Existing Contract” Confirmation at Installation
- At the time of installation, we present a separate, stand-alone document stating that:
- “The Location confirms that there is no active ATM contract in force, and that any previous ATM agreement has ended, been properly terminated, or is otherwise no longer binding.”
- The business owner or authorized manager signs this document on-site at installation.
- This protects both sides by clearly documenting that you are not under another ATM provider’s contract.
4. Our Policy on Tort and Contract Respect
- We do not want – and do not seek – to interfere with any valid contract you already have.
- We will not knowingly participate in any action that could be seen as tortious interference with an existing agreement.
- If we learn that you are still bound by another ATM contract, we will pause or cancel installation until it is resolved.

FAQ – Contract-Safe ATM Switching
Do you tell people to pull out their current ATM before the contract is over?
No. Our policy is the opposite. We encourage you to honor your current contract and only switch when you are legally free to do so. If we find out your contract is still active, we pause.
What exactly is the separate document you sign at installation?
At the time of installation, we present a separate document where the business confirms in writing that there is no active ATM contract in force and that any prior ATM agreement has ended or been properly terminated. This protects both you and us.
Can you look at my current contract for me?
We can look at the business terms so you can compare deals, but we do not interpret legal language or tell you what you are allowed to do. For that, you should speak with your own attorney or advisor.
What if my current provider claims I am still under contract?
If there is any dispute, we will not move forward until it is resolved. We do not want you in the middle of a contract fight, and we will not knowingly get between another provider and a valid agreement.
Is this still a good deal if I’m currently free and clear?
Yes. If you do not have an active ATM contract, our program gives you: zero-cost installation, $1 per transaction, 24/7 support, and no equipment bill. That’s exactly what many business owners want when they switch.
Ready to Switch Your ATM the Right Way?
If you’re ready for better ATM service, national-level support, and a partner that takes contracts seriously, we’d love to talk.
